Over the years, weve had Halloween parties, Easter egg hunts, bouncy castles and lots of casual meetups where kids and adults can all hang out together. Its a great place for families, and being close to some fantastic schools was one of the main reasons we chose to move here.

Despite the peaceful setting, were really well connected-Sydenham Hill station gets you to Victoria in 14 minutes and Blackfriars in under 25, while nearby Sydenham station has direct routes to London Bridge and Canary Wharf.

Its going to be hard to leave a place thats been such a great fit for our family, but we know the next owners will love it just as much.
