Probably for the best . The garden is a real feature of the house and the gardener said the lawn was almost knee high and all shrubs and trees badly needing cutting back .
Probably will be a week of work so best to wait till its all looking beautiful again before viewings

Am actually going to go to Hong Kong to watch them play spurs so will do some selling if we meet up with the team !

Just to let you know .

I have had to send in my old gardeners as the garden is looking a mess

This was supposed to be taken care of by the tenant but has been left to over grow and not been maintained

I will be charging this cost .

Im sure it wont be a problem

Just to keep you informed

Has there been any interest?

Im annoyed its been left so badly and hope the house has been cared for better !
