Key Information:
- Occupancy: All suites accommodate up to 2 adults.- Inclusions: Room rates include bi-weekly cleaning, electric, gas, water, general Wi-Fi, Council Tax, and a TV licence.- Kitchenettes: Equipped with a microwave grill. Please note that air fryers and steamers are allowed, but cooking stoves, toasters, and sandwich makers are not permitted.- Flexible Stays: A 6-month minimum stay for standard leases with renewable options, shorter stays (minimum 3 months) can be accomodated. Different rates apply for short term.
Move-in Requirements:
- One-week holding fee (deducted from the first months payment).- 5-week security deposit.
